For Founders Scaling Past Themselves

Your team is running. Your business is scaling. You're still in every decision.
That's the problem we fix.

The Founder Trap

1. You're still in every decision.

Your team is capable — on paper. But somehow, nothing moves without you at the centre of it.

2. You hired for the wrong things.

Smart people. Solid CVs. And yet the hires that were supposed to free you have added weight instead.

3. You can feel something is about to break.

Growth is happening. But the signals are there — and you don't know which one to address first.

4. Your best people are starting to go quiet.

They joined to build something. But when every call routes back to you and every initiative stalls for approval, capable people stop raising their hand. They don't quit loudly. They just stop caring.

What We do:

Scale Risk Scan

One-time diagnostic — 10 days

A short scan. Ten days. You get a clear map of exactly what will break in the next six months — and the seven moves that fix it — before the damage is done
No more. No less.

Team & Decision Setup

One-time design — 4 to 6 weeks

Your leadership team should run without you in the room.
Right now, they can't.
Four to six weeks. You leave with a leadership structure where decisions move without you, roles have unambiguous owners, and you know exactly which hire to make next.

Team Recovery

Intervention — 2 to 4 weeks

Execution is slipping. Trust is gone. You're back in firefighting mode.
Delivery has stalled. Trust is fraying. We find the exact source — a mis-hire, a broken authority line, or an unclear role — and fix it before the damage compounds. You're back on track in two to four weeks

Founder Judgment Partner

Monthly retainer — minimum 3 months

A confidential sounding board, available only to a small number of founders at a time. Two to four sessions a month where the decisions you can't say out loud to your team — a failing hire, a restructure, a co-founder issue — get pressure-tested before they harden into regrets

About The Founder

Sutithi is a psychologist and people strategist who has spent over a decade embedded inside fast-scaling companies — close enough to see exactly where growth stalls, teams fracture, and founders get trapped in the work they were supposed to outgrow.
She has built high-performance teams and worked with founders in tech, e-commerce, manufacturing, and social enterprise — across seed to Series B not by adding process for the sake of it, but by reading people with psychological precision, clarifying the structure, and making sure every decision compounds toward the company you are actually trying to build.
Her work sits at the intersection of human behaviour and business architecture — which means she solves problems most consultants can't name, before they cost you time, talent, or traction.

What Do Our Customers Say

After the fundraise, we were moving fast—but not always in sync.
Work was happening everywhere, but it didn’t always come together. We were still getting pulled into calls we shouldn’t have been in at that stage.
Zarach came in and got straight to it. No fluff—just clarity on who owns what and how decisions actually get made.
Things changed pretty quickly. Fewer escalations, cleaner calls, and we’re not in the middle of everything anymore.
- CoFounder, Saas Product Company

We started with capability, but no real structure. A lot of delivery depended on a handful of people stepping in and fixing things as we went, including me. It kept things moving, but it wasn’t something we could build on.
Zarach approached it like operators, not advisors. They worked with us to define how delivery should actually run, where ownership sits, and how decisions move without constant escalation.
They didn’t add noise—just tightened what mattered.
Now there’s a lot more discipline in how we operate. Teams own outcomes, decisions land faster, and I’m no longer the fallback for everything.
It feels like a business that’s built to run, not just react.Founder, IT Services Firm
